Mantra Epping, a new-build $80 million hotel development in Melbourne’s booming north, is on track to open in May.
Designed by architects Peddle Thorp and Bruce Henderson Interiors, the two-wing 214-room hotel will feature a selection of light-filled, contemporary hotel rooms, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom interconnecting apartments.
All hotel rooms and one-bedroom apartments offer understated elegance with modern décor, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, in-room Wi-Fi, and Foxtel including iQ Chromecast for a personalised entertainment experience.
Guests will also enjoy the convenience of the hotel’s extensive onsite amenities and services, including the Trader Café, Restaurant & Bar, Beer Republic brewhouse, state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities, fully-equipped gymnasium, 24-hour reception and open-air secure car parking.
Mantra Epping general manager, Mike Blank, said it’s been a hive of activity onsite over the past few months and the landmark building has really taken shape.
“Once open, Mantra Epping will address North Melbourne’s real need for greater and more contemporary hotel accommodation,” said Blank.
“It will provide a market-leading hotel offering, well positioned to become the region’s premier corporate, meetings and leisure hotel.”
Mantra Epping occupies a prime corner position at 250 Cooper Street within the prestigious Northpoint Enterprise Park at Epping and is just 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport.
