The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, has introduced the new La Table Krug by Y.
In partnership with the premium Krug Champagne, the resort’s newest dining concept serves up innovative, creative cuisine finessed by the resort’s executive chef, Yann Bernard Lejard.
Innovative and ingenious by nature, the highest quality international ingredients, presented with a local flare are paired with the prestigious Krug Champagnes to provide a journey for the senses from start to finish.
The concept is the first of its kind in the Middle East, and the fourth exclusive La Table Krug in the world.
This exclusive 16-person experience will be the resort’s twelfth restaurant, taking the most discerning of palates on an epicurean eight-course journey.
The artfully plated dishes will change daily and include daring, playful and unexpected specials such as rigatoni with indulgent white truffle, duck liver and quail, rich beef wagyu with zesty teriyaki, local Bahraini vegetables with confit lobster and mango emulsion and desserts such as a Blueberry Parfait in chocolate crust with coconut coulis.
