The fact that Emporium Hotel South Bank is still months away from its July 1st opening, but is already accepting reservations should indicate the level of anticipation surrounding it. The 143-suite property promises to set a new benchmark for boutique luxury in Brisbane.
Set in the centre of the city, the hotel will feature an infinity pool and bar on its 21st level with sweeping views over South Bank Parklands, the Brisbane River, and city. Also opening with it is a yet-to-be-named restaurant headed by acclaimed executive chef Josue Lopez.
